They will share both the opportunities and challenges of working with teachers across multiple sites, using Swivl camera technology for lesson reflection, and virtual lesson reflection\/revision sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Chairperson<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jada Kohlmeier <\/strong>(United States) is the Humana-Germany-Sherman Distinguished Professor and program coordinator for secondary social studies education at Auburn University. She co-directs the C.L.E.A.R. (Civic, Legal, Ethical, and Analogous Reasoning) Thinking project providing pedagogical support to teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Speakers<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steve Brown<\/strong> (United States) is the Morris Savage Endowed Chair in Political Science at Auburn University and program director for the College of Liberal Arts\u2019 Law and Justice Program. He co-directs the C.L.E.A.R. Thinking project, providing content expertise in constitutional law, civil rights, and civil liberties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jes\u00fas Tirado<\/strong> (United States) is an Associate Professor of Secondary Social Studies Education at Auburn University. He is a Lesson Study Leader for the C.L.E.A.R. Thinking project. His team focuses on modern world history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Matthew Summerlin<\/strong> (United States) is a James Madson Memorial Fellow and former social studies teacher now pursuing his Ph.D. at Auburn University. He is a Lesson Study Leader for the C.L.E.A.R. Thinking project. His team focuses on ancient world history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Megan Andrews<\/strong> (United States) is a former social studies teacher and now pursuing her Ph.D. at Auburn University. She is a Lesson Study Leader for the C.L.E.A.R. Thinking project.
