WALS has set aside some funds to bear the cost of the registration fee for up to 3 PhD student presenters at WALS Conference 2019. Kindly note the following:<\/p>\n

  1. This funding is available only to PhD<\/strong> student presenters and capped at a maximum number of 3.<\/li>\n
  2. Sponsorship will only be given to those from OECD linked (Developing) countries.<\/li>\n
  3. The sponsorship is not available to students who had received sponsorship at previous WALS Conferences.<\/li>\n
  4. Only those who have had a paper already accepted for presentation at WALS 2019 Conference may apply. Please attach the abstract of your presentation together with your application.<\/li>\n
  5. The sponsorship is only for the registration fee at the early bird rate. Optional events such as the social dinner and school visit will not be covered.<\/li>\n
  6. The panel\u2019s decision on the sponsorship awardees is final.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
